A Tool to Improve CS Performance especially on Old Pc
How to use:
- Download and Extract the file.
- Run CS-Tweaker.
- Select Specify Yourself in the Startup menu.
- Select your main Half-life directory eg. "C/programfiles/Valve/Hl.".
- Follow the Instructions given.
